I am a licensed massage therapist who moved to Charlottesville in 2017 from Northern Virginia after spending 18 years supporting corporations in the IT, public safety and defense contracting arenas. Like many of my clients, I've spent thousands of hours commuting and working at a computer and am all too familiar with the aches and pains that plague most people who must sit through the majority of their day.
